Lab Tested For You.
We care about the little things, which is why we test everything — because real purity deserves real proof. Below is the full suite of tests each batch passes before it ever reaches your hands. It’s how we live up to our core value of full transparency, while keeping things beautifully simple.

what we test for

Fatty Acid Composition (GC-FAME Analysis)

Ensures authentic, pure castor oil — never diluted or altered in any way.

This test essentially maps the oil’s molecular “fingerprint” to confirm it matches true cold-pressed castor oil.

Residual Solvent Testing

Allows us to confirm zero traces of chemical solvents.

Many cheaper oils are extracted with harsh solvents; ours is verified clean, every time. Plus, anything truly cold-pressed should always be free of solvents anyway, but we like to triple-check.

Heavy Metals Screening

Checks for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, all of which can be toxic.

Your skin absorbs what you put on it, we ensure it’s only the good stuff.

Microbial Safety Testing (USP 61/62)

Checks for harmful bacteria, yeast, and mold, of which we want none.

A must for products applied to skin, scalp, and brows.

Oxidative Stability (Peroxide Value)

Measures freshness and ensures the oil hasn’t begun to degrade.

This is why Aumenta stays potent, effective, and clean for longer. In other words: we know unbeatable quality doesn't come without freshness, and this test allows us to prove both.

Multi-Residue Pesticide Screening

Tests for 200+ potential agricultural contaminants.

This guarantees our products come from clean, natural, and responsibly grown crops.

Single, traceable source.
Traceability is important to us.

Our products begin at a farm near the small city of Cavalcante. Across two fazendas, Vale da Luz and Berço das Águas, local growers tend to the land with a patience and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Their hands, their knowledge, and their commitment to purity are what make every drop of Aumenta possible.
