Refund policy
The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
What's Eligible
Unopened products — Full refund to your original payment method. Bottle must be sealed and in its original packaging.
Opened products — We offer a one-time satisfaction return within 30 days of delivery. If the oil isn't working for you, reach out and we'll talk it through. Castor oil works gradually — most people notice a difference between weeks 4 and 6 — so we want to understand your experience before processing the return.
Damaged or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping. No need to return the original.
What's Not Eligible
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards
- Sample or trial sizes
- Items marked Final Sale at checkout
- Products purchased through a retailer (please contact them directly)
How to Start a Return
Email team@tryaumenta.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — we can't process returns that arrive without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
For unopened products and change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can't issue a refund for items lost in transit.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping (and you usually don't need to send anything back at all).
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
International Orders
Returns from outside the U.S. follow the same policy, but please note: return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and import charges back to us.
